Rooted in traditional butchery techniques and paired with a modern touch, we cater to the varied tastes and budgets of our customers. Embracing the times, we launched our website to offer a unique alternative to supermarkets, making it easy to order favourite locally sourced products for home delivery or convenient click & collect.
Founded in 2011 by our owner, Will, who brought experience from both catering and retail butchery, our team now shares over 90 years of combined expertise. Trends have come and gone since we opened, but exceptional service and outstanding produce remain at the heart of what we do.

By having a strong relationship with our suppliers and by using their expertise in agriculture and the industry, we can ensure that all the cattle, sheep, pigs, game & poultry we source are from the highest quality sustainable farms. With Quality assured standards come quality products.
We are members of the Eblex Food Quality Assurance Farm Assured scheme (Red Tractor) which ensures that all of our fresh meat is sourced through British farmers. These standards contain combined guarantees of food safety, animal welfare, care for the environment and eating quality. In addition we source the majority of our meat through West Country farms & suppliers so your food is fresh & tasty to the table.
