We are an independent, family run butchers based in the market town of Melksham Wiltshire. With traditional butchery at the heart of what we do, we also offer a modern twist to cater for all.

Established in 2011 by Will, who alongside his team have over 65 years in both the catering and retail butchery industry, we offer unrivalled customer service and products, whilst sharing our knowledge of produce and cuts that best suit the requirements of the customer.

We offer only the finest cuts of meat and poultry so our customers are always sure of quality produce. Our work ethic is focused on customer service and fulfilling our promises. We have been successfully supplying residents and businesses throughout Wiltshire with our refrigerated home delivery service since 2011.

Animal welfare is important to us. By having a strong relationship with our suppliers and by using their expertise in agriculture and the industry, we can ensure the cattle, sheep and pigs we source are from the highest quality sustainable farms. With Quality assured standards come quality products.

We are members of the Eblex Food Quality Assurance Farm Assured scheme (Red Tractor) which ensures that all of our fresh meat is sourced through British farmers. These standards contain combined guarantees of food safety, animal welfare, care for the environment and eating quality. In addition we source the majority of our meat through West Country farms & suppliers so your food is fresh & tasty to the table.
