local deliveries - Our deliveries are available Wednesday to Saturday.

If you have any issues at checkout, please give us a call for delivery advice as it may just be on the cusp of the map and we can over ride the system. You are also welcome to visit us in the shop in Melksham or call us on 01225 703284 to place an order for collection. Our date selector is limited range and we cant close off certain days/holiday etc so please be aware we may not be able to fulfil the date you have selected.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that under the Distance Selling Regulations Act, we do not accept returns of fresh or frozen food & meat.

The following applies to our non-perishable products such as honey, pork scratchings and peppercorn sauce not withstanding:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery or purchase
Any item that has been cooked and prepared , eaten or partially eaten
