local deliveries - deliveries available Wednesday to Saturday.
We offer Delivery to postcodes BA1, BA2, BA11, BA12, BA13, BA14, BA15, SN9, SN10, SN11, SN12, SN13, SN14, SN15.

If your postcode falls outside of these areas, please give us a call for delivery advice. You are also welcome to visit us in the shop in Melksham or call us on 01225 703284 to place an order for collection.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that under the Distance Selling Regulations Act, we do not accept returns of fresh or frozen food & meat.
The following applies to our non-perishable products such as honey, pork scratchings and peppercorn sauce not withstanding:

All returns must be sent via post in the same condition that you received them, including its original packaging, and must be within the use by date stated within 14 days of receipt. If your order has exceeded the use by date we will not be able to accept the products back into our store.

To complete your return, we require your original receipt or proof of purchase. In rodwer to process your return, you must notify us of your intention to return goods by phone or email.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
If you receive any products that are damaged or defective please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which can take up to 3 days depending on the card processor.
If you have any delay in receiving your refund, please contact us in the first instance to ensure we have received your return. If you have received an email from us notifying you of your refund and it has not apeared in your account, please contact your bank to see if it is a pending payment.
